​The White Light Technique
Say or think "white light" three or more times.  Notice the feeling of peace and calm.  

In your Inner Wisdom hypnotherapy sessions, the words "white light" are connected to a feeling of deep relaxation.  Use these words to come into alignment at any time.  

If you like, visualize yourself in a bubble, a light beam, a waterfall, or a cloud of white light.
